Hi, I am Kadie Brown.



I am the owner of Magnolia Properties and I am a photographer from Jesup, GA. I am married with 2 daughters and 1 son. I fell in love with real estate photography in 2022 after becoming a Realtor myself and not being able to find a photographer that really met my needs. So I became that go-to person for myself and everyone I worked with. I fell in love with it and now I do photography full time.

Having been a Realtor in the past, I know exactly what you are looking for when it comes to listing photos. Clean, crisp images that showcase the home in a way that captivates future buyers but still keeps the integrity/realness of the home.

Hi, I am Tanner Harris.

I’m a wife of five years and a mom who is passionate about serving others through ministry. I serve as the Co-Director of Development for The Lily & The Sparrow, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing human trafficking, caring for survivors, and sharing the hope of the Gospel around the world. After losing my daughter, Mikki, my husband and I founded Mikki’s Mission, a ministry that provides unforgettable outdoor experiences and support for families walking through special needs and terminal illness. I’ve always loved photography and the way it tells a story, and I’m grateful I get to use it through the roles I play. That passion has grown into real estate photography, where I love helping showcase homes in their best light and capturing the details that make each one unique!
